Indoor air quality (IAQ) is a critical factor in maintaining safe and healthy building environments. Studies show that indoor air can often be more polluted than outdoor air, containing contaminants (mold, bacteria, chemicals, allergens, and radon.)
We help schools, healthcare facilities, offices, and other sensitive environments assess and effectively address IAQ concerns. Using advanced equipment and proven methodologies, we conduct thorough inspections, sampling, and analysis, providing clear, actionable recommendations for mitigation. We respond quickly to occupant concerns and offer 24-hour emergency services.

Lead-based paint (LBP) remains a significant environmental health risk, particularly for children, but also for school staff, building occupants, and contractors.
ABS Environmental is an EPA-certified lead firm with more than 30 years of experience managing LBP-related issues. Our inspections and risk assessments follow HUD Guidelines and EPA certification protocols, and we apply South Carolina’s stricter LBP definitions and standards where required. We help you accurately assess risk, ensure compliance, and implement safe, effective remediation strategies for a wide range of building types.
